Woda Ognista

Woda Ognista is Poland's first cocktail bar inspired by a fusion of the flavours of 1920s and 1930s Warsaw with contemporary trends

Inside, a décor full of wood and brick awaits, set apart from other establishments by Poland's largest collection of vintage shakers and bartending accessories. The highlight of the premises is the over 7-metre long bar with a special shelf of Polish vodkas and liqueurs.
Authentic cocktails served in creative ways, forgotten classics and a selection of several hundred spirits await in the premises. All of this is served in the company of "Polish tapas" such as goose conserve with buckwheat popcorn with pickled cucumber or dumplings with white sausage, bryndza and baked apple. With these appetisers, the concept's creators want to disenchant traditional Polish snacks accompanying spirits associated with low quality and the Polish People's Republic. There will also be dishes for vegetarians
